Our main one-day course begins with interactive whiteboard explanations of how to design a media strategy that will win headlines and head off spiralling bad news, based on proven creativity training. Techniques for getting points across while not being shifty are taught, plus how to handle microphones and cameras.

Then one-to-one interview training will give each trainee a chance to apply those lessons, observed by others live and in replay.

After lunch, the trainee group will be put through real time doorstepping, press conference and on-location media situations. The last part of the training day is spent reviewing those aspects of media handling that trainees want to reinforce.

All training is done in professional environment with full scale kit, and each trainee takes away a DVD containing their own and sample performances plus a home study guide.
